Thanks to the KEEP WARM function, it automatically switches to a 60-minute temperature hold mode when the program is finished, so even if you don't take the loaf out right away, it will wait for you. If the dough hasn't risen yet, it keeps your baking process in memory for a full 10 minutes without having to set everything up again.

You can choose from 12 pre-prepared programmes, that conjures up more than just classic breads, but also gluten-free breads, toast, Sweet, cakes, but also the dough itself without baking or breads, which you'll have ultra fast. BASIC (basic types of bread): for baking ordinary white flour breads
FRENCH (French bread): longer rising phase for delicious French white bread with a crispy crust
WHOLE WHEAT (wholemeal bread): ideal for baking bread made from wholemeal flour
QUICK (quick baking): baking classic breads in an accelerated version
SWEET (sweet bread): for baking breads with higher fat and sugar content
GLUTEN-FREE (gluten-free bread): rising takes place in one phase only, baking time is longer due to the high moisture content
ULTRA-FAST (very fast baking): baking of classic breads in an accelerated version in 80 to 100 minutes DOUGH (dough): for kneading and rising dough, omitting the baking phase
JAM (jam): for the preparation of fruit marmalades and jams CAKE (cake): for the preparation of pastry dough containing baking powder or baking soda
SANDWICH (toasted bread): for fluffy toasted bread with a thin crust
BAKE (baking): for baking the finished dough or to finish baking bread. You can set the baking time from 10 to 60 minutes.
Set baking and delayed start with the LCD display
The large LCD display lets you know the entire baking process, and an acoustic signal alerts you when you need to add additional ingredients that require less baking time. You can also set a later time with the delayed baking function of up to 13 hours.
