Preparing chips, chicken drumsticks, fish, steaks, pizza, vegetables, or even reheating or sweet baking is made easy with 8 pre-set programmes. The cooking time and temperature can be easily adjusted as needed.
Cooks food from both sides
Thanks to 2 heating elements at the top and bottom, the SFR 6800SS fryer can evenly cook and heat food from both sides. This speeds up food preparation and eliminates the need to turn, shake or stir it.
All-metal body
The body of the fryer is made of premium stainless steel, which offers a long service life and trouble-free maintenance. The interior is also made of stainless steel, which is hygienic and resistant to high temperatures. You can start cooking immediately, as it does not need to be 'burned-in' before first use.
Keep an eye on preparation with the viewing window
You have control over your food preparation from start to finish thanks to the internal light and large viewing window. This means you don't have to open the fryer and the food can cook inside at a stable temperature.
Ceramic-coated basket and rack
The non-stick ceramic coating ensures easy maintenance of the frying basket and rack, as food does not stick or burn to them. The surface is also resistant to high temperatures and scratching, and it conducts heat better, so food cooks evenly.
Ribbed basket surface
The frying basket is also great for frying or grilling meat and vegetables because it has a ribbed surface similar to the plates of a contact grill. The ribbed bottom prevents sticking, promotes even cooking on the underside and gives ingredients the typical appearance of grilled food.
Powerful and fast cooking
The high power input of 1,700W ensures trouble-free operation and fast cooking. All parameters can be adjusted to your taste thanks to the 60-minute timer and temperature setting from 40 to 200°C.
