It includes a native 12V-2x6 connector for connecting graphics cards without needing any adaptors. Power supply cooling
The patented Digital Hybrid Fan Control technology manages the 135mm fan in three stages. At low loads, the fan remains completely off and the power supply operates passively. As the temperature rises, it activates a silent mode with low RPM. Only under high load does the control unit switch the fan to cooling mode to maintain optimal operating conditions.
OptiSink Design technology
OptiSink Design technology improves the internal layout of the power supply for more efficient cooling. A newly designed printed circuit board (PCB) combined with smaller MOSFET transistors and heatsinks increases the internal space. This solution improves airflow and the dissipation of residual heat from key components, such as diodes. The result is a lower operating temperature, which contributes to higher reliability and a longer component lifespan.
Compact design
With a depth of just 140mm, this power supply is one of the more compact ATX devices. Its smaller size simplifies installation in computer cases, including smaller form factors with limited space for cable management. Despite the smaller physical dimensions of its body, the power supply retains its full 1000W output and all its advanced features. The extra free space inside the case also promotes better air circulation and contributes to lower temperatures for the entire build.
Modular cabling
Thanks to the fully modular cabling system, you only connect the cables your build actually needs to the Seasonic Focus GX-1000 computer power supply. Reducing excess wires not only makes cable management easier and simplifies assembly, but also reduces obstructions to airflow, which helps to cool the entire system more efficiently.
Comprehensive suite of protections
The power supply integrates a complete set of electrical protections for the safe operation of connected components. The OVP (Over Voltage Protection), UVP (Under Voltage Protection), OCP (Over Current Protection) and OPP (Over Power Protection) circuits monitor the electrical values. This protection is complemented by an SCP circuit against short circuits and OTP, which monitors the power supply's temperature and shuts it down in case of overheating.

80 Plus certification was created to objectively evaluate the efficiency of PC power supplies. This gives users a simple and clear comparison between different models.
