All key grinding, dosing and tamping functions are fully automated, so you don't have to worry about anything and can just enjoy the great taste. The integrated hardened steel grinder with Baratza grinding stones always prepares just the right amount of coffee beans. So you can enjoy freshly ground coffee with the perfect aroma every time. The grinder offers 45 levels of grinding coarseness. The innovative ThermoJet heating system heats up to the optimal extraction temperature of 93°C in just 3 seconds, so you can enjoy your favourite cup in no time.
Intuitive controls for perfect results
The lever coffee maker is intuitively controlled by a responsive 5" display with a dark mode that guides you through every step of the brewing process. The Barista Guidance function advises you which grind level to set to based on the last extraction when the coffee isn't flowing from the lever as it should. Choose from 10 favourite presets. Auto Queue saves you the work of preparing multiple coffees at once by scheduling and synchronising the next steps. The machine can also extract cold brew or cold espresso coffee drinks.

The Sage SES985BTR coffee maker can please a wide range of people with the most diverse requirements and palates. The strong espresso becomes smoother with milk, the caffeine is released gradually and the sweet taste is perfect for desserts. The innovative steam nozzle with integrated sensor and Auto MilQ technology allows you to adjust the milk temperature from 40°C to 75°C and choose from up to 8 foam texture levels. This gives you a velvety heavy milk foam with a million microbubbles just the way you like it. You can also adapt the configuration to soy, almond and oat milk. Depending on the type of milk selected, the system can then fine-tune the exact air injection time and temperature required.
Rich accessories
Thanks to the practical accessories, you can prepare coffee like a professional barista. The single and double bottom filters are used to prepare 1 or 2 cups. With the elegant milk frothing jug in shiny brushed stainless steel you can easily create different images and shapes when drawing milk (latte art). The coffee machine also includes a 58 mm wide stainless steel filter holder, a 1 and 2 cup strainer, an inbus and a coffee drip tray. The steam nozzle cleaning aid, steam nozzle cleaning powder, cleaning disc, brush, water hardness tester strip and replaceable water filter will simplify the maintenance of your coffee machine.
