The Polar Vantage M3 is a lightweight multisport smartwatch that combines top-tier sports features and biometric sensors with a compact and lightweight design. The watch has an easy-to-read 1.28" AMOLED display, dual-frequency GNSS navigation, and a large number of pre-installed offline maps to make your trips and training sessions easier. The advanced Polar Elixir sensor technology enables comprehensive tracking of health metrics, including heart rate, ECG (from the wrist), blood oxygen (SpO₂), and skin temperature. It also features built-in algorithms that monitor and evaluate the quality and duration of your sleep. Athletes can look forward to more than 150 sport modes, including Training Load Pro, FitSpark (training recommendations), and Nightly Recharge (night-time recovery analysis). The Polar Vantage M3 has a durable construction suitable for outdoor wear and comes equipped with standard sensors such as a gyroscope, magnetic compass, accelerometer, barometer, and pedometer.

Clear and durable 1.28" AMOLED display
The Polar Vantage M3 smartwatch is equipped with a stainless steel bezel and a very clear 1.28" touchscreen display with a resolution of 416 × 416 pixels and a density of 325 PPI. The display is protected by durable Gorilla Glass and there is also an integrated LED flashlight that shines at maximum brightness when switched on. You can also easily customise the design of the watch to your liking with different watch faces, widgets, and dashboards. The watch's functions are controlled using the side buttons along with smart touch controls. The watch body is made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic, and the 22mm wide beige-gold strap is made of silicone.
The Vantage M3 offers more than 150 sport profiles
The watch features advanced tools for tracking training load and recovery to help you optimise your training efficiency and achieve better results. The Training Load Pro function monitors the strain on different parts of your body during training, while the FitSpark training guide recommends optimal exercises for cardio, strength training, or mobility training based on your current fitness level. The watch also shows you how much of each energy source your body consumes during training (fats, carbohydrates, and proteins). The Polar Vantage M3 can monitor more than 150 sports, with special programmes and tests for running, swimming, cycling, walking, and overall physical fitness. Using the built-in GPS navigation, the watch reliably detects inclines and declines on the route, so you will know exactly how many kilometres you have ascended or descended during your workout.

The Polar Vantage M3 smartwatch is equipped with dual-frequency GPS navigation that displays your precise location on full-colour topographic maps. Get guided comfortably along your planned route right from your wrist and track advanced outdoor training metrics, including the ability to easily find key points of interest (POIs) such as supermarkets, cafés, and more. The offline maps on the watch are available as full-screen training views that include all buildings, major road networks, streets, and waterways. The watch comes with pre-installed maps of North America and Europe (others can be downloaded for free). An integrated altimeter, barometer, gyroscope, and accelerometer also make it easier for you to navigate in the field.
The Vantage M3 keeps an eye on your health and physical activities
Thanks to advanced Polar Elixir Biosensing technology, the Vantage M3 watch can accurately measure and monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature. The sensitive sensor also records an ECG (from the wrist), which enables a detailed analysis of your heart rate and a better understanding of your cardiovascular health and performance. Other measurements the watch offers include steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned. Polar smartwatches support an active lifestyle by setting a daily activity goal for you based on your personal data and activity level, and then monitoring your activity throughout the day. If you've been inactive for too long, the watch will remind you to stretch or take a walk.
Track sleep quality and recovery levels in the app
The Vantage M3 smartwatch automatically tracks the quality and duration of your sleep, including the time spent in each phase (light, deep, and REM). It also includes the Nightly Recharge app, which measures your body's recovery rate overnight and clearly shows how well you recover from the day's exertions. The Sleepwise feature then helps you understand how sleep contributes to your daily alertness and readiness to perform. The watch can be easily connected to the Polar Flow mobile app, which is used for detailed analysis of training, sleep, and recovery, planning sports activities, and setting up the watch itself. The Polar Vantage M3 is elegant and versatile
The Vantage M3's features include a range of smart functions, such as remote control of your phone's music player, up-to-date weather information with two-day forecasts, and a Find My Phone function that displays the phone's last synchronised location on the watch's map. When connected to the Polar Flow app, you will receive notifications for incoming phone calls, messages, and app alerts directly on your watch. Phone notifications work with both iOS and Android phones (the watch cannot be used directly for making calls). The Vantage M3 lets you customise the look and style of the watch face directly in the watch settings, so you can show off a different graphic design every day. You'll also appreciate the easily interchangeable straps, which allow you to easily adapt the physical appearance of the watch to the specific situation or outfit you're wearing.
