Stoneware material properties
ORION baking stone is made of natural stoneware with a porous structure. During baking, the material absorbs excess moisture from the bottom of the dough, which helps create a crispy crust. Stoneware accumulates heat and distributes it evenly across the entire surface. After removing it from the oven, place the hot stone on the included wire serving rack. The package is completed with a handy pizza cutter.
