Pan Construction and Surface
The cast aluminium body of the ORION Crema pan is sturdy and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. The inner part is coated with a PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface, which prevents food from burning and makes cleaning easier. The four separate sections, each with a diameter of 10cm, are used for preparing identically shaped and sized pancakes or fried eggs.
