The ORION Great deep baking tray is made from enamelled steel and is ideal for preparing yeasted cakes, traybakes and baked dishes. The 6cm high sides can accommodate even a taller layer of dough or filling. The enamelled steel distributes heat evenly over the entire surface. The tray is designed for use in gas and electric ovens and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. For easy maintenance, it's also dishwasher safe.
