Fish oil, softgel capsule (thickener: gelatin, humectant: glycerin, purified water, colour: caramel), vitamin K2 (menaquinone MK7), vitamin E (D-α-tocopherol), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily or 2 capsules every other day. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after a meal, which triggers increased bile secretion for more efficient oil digestion. Wash down with 200ml of fluid.
Warning
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed container in a dry and dark place at a temperature up to 25°C.
