Zinc in the form of bisglycinate offers excellent absorption and high bioavailability compared to traditional forms of zinc. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It supports fertility and reproduction, whilst contributing to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, and skin. It also supports normal acid-base, carbohydrate, macronutrient, fatty acid, and vitamin A metabolism.

Recommended dosage
