Preparation
To make 250 ml of this tasty infusion, use about 1 tablespoon of dried leaves. If you prefer to brew the tea in a larger quantity in a teapot, add an extra 1 tablespoon of leaves. Pour hot water at a temperature of between 75 and 85 °C over the tea and leave to infuse for 2-4 minutes. This is the only way to let its unique nutty flavour shine through without any negative bitter traces.
