White clay - excels in its regenerative and soothing properties. It cleanses thoroughly and leaves the face and body soft. Helps promote metabolism and supports in the fight against cellulite
Use:
Prepare a bowl and a wooden or plastic spatula (white clay should not come into contact with metal). Prepare a face and body mask by mixing clay and water in a ratio of about 1:1. You can also enhance the mask with floral water or 2 to 3 drops of a suitable 100% natural essential oil. Apply the mask to the face or body, except for the eye area and lips. Leave on for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. The skin after clay mask treatment can sometimes react with redness, which is a completely natural skin reaction. In case of use on dry skin, it is advisable to add a few drops of high quality cold-pressed vegetable oil, e.g. almond, organic argan, organic borage, etc.
Wraps and compresses: Clay can also be used for hot or cold packs and compresses of problematic areas, rheumatic problems and skin detoxification. Preparation - create a thicker clay paste by mixing it in either warm or cold water and applying it with a spatula to a piece of natural fabric in a higher layer of about 1 to 2 cm. Apply to the problem area, you can also use food foil to cover. Leave on for at least 1 hour or overnight. Then wash off thoroughly.
Baths: Mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of clay in a tub of warm water, or you can also enhance with the addition of 1 to 2 tablespoons of a good quality bath oil. You will enjoy a cleansing and relaxing treatment for about 20 minutes. A clay bath has amazing softening and soothing effects on dry and over-dried skin.
