The light, watery texture is easy to apply, comfortable to wear and leaves lips hydrated, visibly smoothed, and defined for a long time. The formula also includes menthyl lactate and Volufiline, which give the product a lip-plumping effect. After application, the ROM&ND Dewyful Water Tint lip gloss induces noticeable cooling to slightly tingling sensations, which are a normal manifestation of the lip-plumping effect.

How to use:
