The Lionelo Astrid i-Size car seat is designed in accordance with the latest R129 (i-Size) standard, which guarantees maximum safety and reliability on every journey. It is designed for children with a height of 40 to 87 cm and is the ideal choice for newborns and toddlers. Thanks to its rear-facing installation, it provides better protection for the child's head, neck and spine. The three-point harnesses with a Holmbergs buckle and adjustable headrest guarantee a stable fit and comfort. The car seat is compatible with universal pushchair adapters and the ISOFIX base, which is available separately, so you can easily adapt it to your car.

The Astrid i-Size model passed the rigorous testing of the German ADAC institute, where it achieved an excellent result of 2.2 points (4 stars). The car seat was evaluated in the categories of safety, ergonomics, ease of use and harmful substance content. Thanks to its thoughtful design, it achieved the maximum number of stars regardless of the installation method, whether using the seat belts or the ISOFIX base. A rigid shell made of PP plastic reinforced with EPP material effectively absorbs impacts, while the Memory Foam in the headrest reduces overload during an impact. The advanced side protection system then protects the most sensitive parts of the child's body in a side collision.
Thoughtful comfort for little travellers
The Astrid i-Size grows with your child. A reduction insert with lumbar support provides the right ergonomics for newborns and ensures comfort even on longer journeys. As soon as the child grows, the inserts can be easily removed to increase the space. The Dri-Seat system helps to wick away moisture and maintain an optimal temperature. The headrest is adjustable by 7cm, allowing you to easily adapt the height of the harnesses to the child's current body shape. Gentle overlays on the shoulder harnesses protect sensitive skin, while the canopy provides reliable shade when travelling in the sun.
