Holle Demeter wholemeal porridge is dairy-free and organic. Suitable for children from 5 months and up, it has been made according to a traditional Swiss recipe from premium whole wheat grains. Thanks to its fibre content, it promotes good digestion. Contains vitamin B1, is sugar-free, flavourings, preservatives, dyes, GMOs and lactose. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers were used in the cultivation of the raw materials. The vegan and vegetarian porridge is quick to prepare and is especially suitable for children who are starting to eat. It can be combined with fresh fruit or fruit snacks. The box is largely made of recycled materials.

Preparation
Allow the boiled water to cool to a temperature of approximately 50 °C. Pour the amount of powder into a deep plate or porridge dish according to the instructions. Measure the cooled water and carefully pour it into the powder. Stir well so that no lumps form. Let the porridge swell until it reaches the desired consistency. Allow to cool before serving.
Storage conditions
Store dry at room temperature. Store opened sachets in a dry place, tightly sealed and at room temperature. Once opened, the contents should be consumed within 3 to 4 weeks.
