According to sources, in addition to rum, they regularly drank the herbal mixture Pirate' s Secret, which is made up of herbs containing substances that optimize digestion and support liver and kidney health . Preparation
You can prepare Pirate' s Secret anytime, anywhere, and there' s nothing complicated about it. Simply pour one to two teaspoons of the mixture over 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. We recommend straining the tea and drinking it while it is still warm. If you do not suffer from high blood pressure, you can drink it several times a day without any worries. However, due to the licorice content, we do not recommend it to people with hypertension.
