Formosa Oolong Tea Garden

Formosa Oolong (wu-lung) means black dragon. When the Portuguese sailors discovered Taiwan, they exclaimed, according to one legend, "Formosa," meaning beautiful. And that's exactly how this oolong, which many experts rank among the best semi-fermented teas in the world, could be described. You can look forward to an amazingly tasty tea with a very delicate floral taste, but at the same time a good portion of caffeine. Interestingly, only 50% of the leaves are fermented. Preparing oolong tea is not at all complicated. For a true taste experience, we recommend pouring the oolong with water at a temperature of approximately 80°C to avoid degradation of the tea's properties.
