Use:
For inhalation, add 2 to 8 drops of the essential oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on the size of the room and the desired scent intensity. A few drops can also be put on a paper tissue to be inhaled directly. To prepare a massage oil, mix the essential oil with 50ml of a vegetable oil. The recommended concentration is from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops), according to individual preference. For an aromatic bath, mix 3 to 6 drops in a carrier base, such as 100ml of milk, a teaspoon of honey, or vegetable oil, and then add it to the filled bathtub.
