MaceMaker Elegante Utility SanMai is a high-quality, reliable and stylish kitchen knife with a 12.5cm Damascus steel blade. A sandwich blade construction made with Japanese SanMai technology ensures a perfect cut – featuring a razor-sharp VG-10 steel core sandwiched between tough layers of Damascus steel on both sides. This combination of materials gives the knife long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear and impact. The Damascus steel, made of two different types of steel with distinct colour shades, also gives the knife a unique, attractive look. The blade is set in a comfortable solid wood handle with steel bolster. MaceMaker Elegante Utility SanMai utility knife is not dishwasher safe.
