Developed in collaboration with musicians
The M-Audio Oxygen PRO Mini MIDI keyboard is designed based on feedback from musicians and producers, ensuring it perfectly meets real-world music creation needs. It offers intuitive controls that won't slow you down with lengthy setups, instead letting you focus purely on the creative process and turn your musical ideas into finished tracks faster.
MIDI keyboard with automatic mapping for music software
The M-Audio Oxygen Pro Mini MIDI keyboard lets you easily control your music software thanks to automatic control mapping. You get instant control over transport, faders, pan, and functions like record, solo, or mute. You can easily connect the MIDI keyboard to programs like Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic, or Studio One, letting you control instruments and effects in real-time during both composition and mixing.
Smart function for easy chord composition
With the Smart Chord function, the M-Audio Oxygen PRO Mini lets you play entire chords with a single key or pad press, which significantly speeds up music creation and arranging. Simply choose the root note, and the chord setting—such as major, minor, or its voicing—takes care of the rest. There is also a custom mode where you can set up your chords exactly as you like; just play them and assign them to the keys. This lets you create harmonically rich compositions even without advanced musical knowledge.
Smart Scale function ensures music creation without wrong notes
The M-Audio Oxygen PRO Mini MIDI keyboard is equipped with a Smart Scale function that lets you play only the notes of a selected scale, helping you to avoid 'wrong' notes. Just choose your desired scale, and the keyboard automatically adjusts the note layout. You can choose from several scale variations, making it easy to adapt to different musical styles.
M-Audio Oxygen PRO Mini lets you create beats using pads
With the M-Audio Oxygen Pro Mini, you can easily create rhythmic patterns just by holding down a pad. The selected sound repeats automatically according to the set note division, which lets you quickly create beats and rhythmic sequences. You can use the function in momentary mode, where the repeat is active only when pressed, or in latch mode, where the sound repeats without you needing to hold the pad.
Built-in arpeggiator for beats and melodies
The MIDI keyboard has a built-in arpeggiator that automatically breaks down pressed chords into rhythmic sequences, adding movement and dynamics to your music. Simply play a chord, and the keyboard will start playing it back in the set rhythm and tempo, which synchronises with your project in the software. You can choose the note length and rhythmic division to tailor the resulting groove to the style of your track. The arpeggiator also offers momentary and latch modes for creating melodies and accompaniments.
Compact keybed with a natural response
The MIDI keyboard's lightweight and compact design gives you the freedom to create music anywhere. The PrecisionTouch mini keybed ensures a pleasant response and fast reaction to every press, letting you play smoothly and capture even subtle nuances.
Rich software suite for instant creation
The M-Audio Oxygen Pro Mini opens the door to the world of music production with a rich software suite included in the package. You get access to professional tools like Ableton Live Lite for creating and arranging tracks, the Melodics learning platform to improve your skills, and virtual instrument and sound packs from Native Instruments and Reason Studios. This means you can start creating, experimenting with different styles, and developing your creativity right away, without needing to buy additional software.
