Dual receivers and an epic core inside the keyboard
For a better 2.4GHz wireless experience, the V6 Max comes with both Type-C and Type-A receivers. Enjoy a fast Plug & Play connection, or store them in the magnetic slot at the top right of the keyboard. The powerful ARM MCU architecture, equipped with 256KB Flash, provides greater flexibility. The polling rate is 1000Hz right out of the box, which makes latency virtually imperceptible, even in competitive gaming.
OSA profile double-shot PBT keycaps
The double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and a shape close to SA. This profile is called OSA (OEM spherical angled). The PBT keycaps provide high resistance to wear and oil, improve the typing feel, and prevent legends from fading.
Switch layouts between macOS and Windows
The Keychron V6 Max is designed with macOS users in mind while maintaining full compatibility with Windows. It includes a system switch and an additional set of keycaps for both systems. It also lets you save two different layouts directly to the keyboard—one for macOS and the other for Windows.
Program with QMK and Launcher
The open-source QMK firmware means endless possibilities for remapping keys, macros, shortcuts, and more. Now you can easily customise every key using the Keychron Launcher web app.

South-facing RGB LED lights
The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard from the user's perspective with premium, non-shine-through PBT keycaps. At the same time, the backlighting is not obstructed even when using original or alternative Cherry-style keycaps.
Secure inputs
The keyboards use open-source QMK firmware, which allows the community to review the code for security and ensures it contains no hidden functions, so you have full control over your input security. The Keychron Launcher is continuously updated, so you always have access to the latest version without needing to download or install updates.
Hot-swappable
The hot-swap sockets are mounted directly on the PCB, so you can install or replace switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
Gateron Jupiter switch
The exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switches (for the fully assembled version only) feature a 3-pin design and are pre-lubricated to Gateron's quality standards, with a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. Their unique LED diffuser ensures high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer lighting effect.
Screw-in PCB stabilisers
Screw-in stabilisers mounted on the PCB ensure a smoother feel and less wobble on large keys like the spacebar, Shift, Enter, and Delete. The Keychron V6 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilisers.
