Chasteberry is particularly suitable for premenstrual syndrome. Chasteberry has been shown to have a beneficial effect on female hormones, which control ovulation. Progesterone increases their levels and prolactin decreases them.
Use:
It is used during the premenstrual period (PMS).
Dosage:
3× 10 drops daily before meals (one bottle lasts for approx. 14 days).
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women. This is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
