During the game, players are split into a witness and investigators. Only the witness knows the target word and must guide the others in the right direction using special word pairs and unconventional dilemmas. The detectives ask questions based on opposites, such as choosing between sweet and sour, and try to uncover the truth. Their task is to work together to decipher the clues and reveal the correct word.

Making decisions based on unconventional dilemmas

The investigation is guided by special cards with opposing pairs of concepts. The witness answers questions like whether the target item is more like a cactus or a pancake. The detectives analyse these unusual associations and narrow down the range of suspected words. They gradually piece together the clues to successfully solve the entire case over several rounds.

Hard Case cooperative mode

For more experienced investigators, the game offers a special variant. In this mode, all players at the table must cooperate closely. The detectives have only a limited number of five dilemmas available, which the witness presents to them one by one. You must rely on a mutual understanding of the associations and keep incorrect guesses to a minimum.
