The iXS TOURSTER-STX 1.0 women's motorcycle jacket is designed for year-round trail riding. Its multi-layer construction combines durable polyester with flexible X-Stretch panels that do not restrict movement. The laminated solto-TEX® membrane provides protection from the elements, being both waterproof, windproof, and breathable. The jacket has an Airbag Ready construction and is equipped with certified shoulder and elbow protectors. A lightweight mesh lining helps to regulate body temperature.

Materials and weather protection

The jacket uses a multi-layer construction that combines durable Ripstop polyester and 450D. For maximum freedom of movement, flexible X-Stretch panels are used in strategic places. A key element is the laminated solto-TEX® membrane, which prevents the outer layer from soaking up water and keeps the jacket lightweight even in the rain. All seams are fully taped and the main zips are waterproof, further increasing protection from the elements. A lightweight mesh lining efficiently wicks away moisture and helps maintain an optimal body temperature.

Safety features and certification

Safety is ensured by a comprehensive set of protective features. The jacket has integrated shoulder protectors and height-adjustable ImpacTec® elbow protectors, which meet the EN 1621-1:2012 standard. The construction is prepared for the insertion of a back protector (certified to EN 1621-2:2014) and a split chest protector. The special Airbag Ready construction enables the use of compatible airbag systems. Reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions, and protective sliders in the sleeve seams provide additional protection. The jacket as a whole is certified to EN17092-3:2020 in class AA.

Comfort and practical details

For riding comfort, the jacket can be customised by adjusting the width on the upper sleeves, cuffs, and waist. Thermal comfort is regulated by four strategically placed ventilation openings on the front and back. A total of eight pockets provide storage space – two waterproof outer pockets, three other outer pockets, two inner pockets, and one rear cargo pocket. A long all-round zip provides a secure connection to motorcycle trousers, preventing the jacket from riding up and protecting your back from wind.
