Improved HUAWEI TruSeen™ 5.5 optical sensor for continuous heart rate monitoring
The Huawei Watch Fit 3 smartwatch has an improved optical sensor that provides continuous heart rate monitoring. If your resting heart rate is too low or too high, the Huawei Watch Fit 3 Active will proactively alert you. To ensure a comprehensive overview of your respiratory, circulatory and metabolic health, it measures SpO2 blood oxygen saturation. This is a key indicator measured by the precise sensor in the Huawei Watch Fit 3 Active smartwatch. The measurement is continuous and the watch sends a real-time notification if your SpO2 level drops too low.
With the Huawei watch, you'll have an overview of your sleep duration and quality
Sleep is one of the key elements of our lives, so it's important to know how long you sleep and how good your sleep really is, whether it's 8 hours of sleep or a 20-minute nap. The optical sensor with the HUAWEI TruSleep™ 4.0 algorithm ensures even more accurate measurement of sleep duration and its individual stages. The Huawei Watch Fit 3 Active smartwatch helps you create an ideal sleep routine so you feel full of energy and fully rested every day.
Practical features for more convenient use
When the Huawei Watch Fit 3 smartwatch is paired with your mobile phone via Bluetooth, you will receive app notifications, you can control music playback or even answer calls. The Huawei Watch Fit 3 Active is also equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker for convenient hands-free calls.
A watch with long battery life
The Huawei Watch Fit 3 Active lasts up to 7 days of typical use on a full charge. So you don't have to let anything hold you back—listen to music, make phone calls and train as you please. Even after a short 5-minute charge, the smartwatch gets enough power for hours of comfortable use.
