Processing an AlzaPC claim within 2 hours applies if the component(s) are replaced with a component currently in stock (primarily identical to the original configuration – if out of stock, we will choose an alternative of equal or higher performance, but in this case, we can only guarantee processing within 10 days), or if the AlzaPC is replaced with an identical or alternative device of equal or higher performance. If the customer does not agree to this condition, the standard 30-day statutory period for claim processing applies.

In the event of an Alza PC claim, if delivered to our Budapest showroom, we will perform a free express diagnostic under warranty. This eliminates the risk of damage to the PC during transport and speeds up the entire claims process, which we resolve within a few hours of receipt using this service. To use this service, please contact our sales staff.

This service is only available for AlzaPC and Alza Individual computers under warranty.

Express diagnostics for AlzaPCs are carried out at the Alza Budapest showroom – Róbert Károly krt. 54–58, Budapest District XIII.

Once the computer is received at the Budapest showroom, our technician will contact the customer by phone within 30 minutes at the number provided, explain the issue with the computer, and suggest a repair method. Diagnostics are completed within 30 minutes of handing over the PC.

The customer always has a choice:
– If it is a software issue, we will resolve it within 120 minutes
– If it is a hardware issue resolved by replacing a component in stock (the original or another type of component), within 120 minutes
– If it is a hardware issue where the original or alternative component is not in stock at the Budapest showroom, we will complete the repair within 10 working days

We reserve the right, in case of complications, for the claim to take up to 10 working days in accordance with the standard AlzaPC claims policy.

The service is available daily from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 and 18:00, except for the following public holidays (1 Jan, Easter Monday, 24–26 Dec).

NO, we only assemble computers from new components ordered from our online store in a single order together with either the PC Component Assembly or Custom-built Computer services.

NO, the final invoice can only include 1 Alza Custom PC and the service. Therefore, splitting the invoice is not possible.

NO, you must purchase the operating system licence yourself. We only install a demo version of the system, which you must activate at home in accordance with the law.

NO, unfortunately, we do not keep the component boxes as we cannot safely deliver them to you. We only keep the motherboard and case boxes. All unused parts (cables, manuals, screws) will be placed inside the motherboard box.

NO, as this is a custom-made product, withdrawal from the purchase agreement is not possible.

YES, we stand by the quality of our builds, so we offer the 36-month warranty even for business purchases.

YES, our builds are not sealed. You can open, clean, or even replace components as you wish. However, the warranty does not cover replaced parts, and you cannot claim warranty in the event of mechanical damage.
