The YATO YT-64551 telescopic support is designed for the temporary fixing of building and construction elements. It is most commonly used for securing plasterboard or other boards during installation and permanent screwing. Pressing the board to be screwed into place with the support enables one installer to work efficiently and independently. An important application for the support is the effective spreading of door and window frames, which is essential when fitting doors or windows. The support is made from a steel tube with a wide rubber foot at the end. The foot is mounted on a joint that adapts to the angle of ceilings or walls. Length adjustment is a two-step process – first, pre-extending it from the body and securing it with spring-loaded pins, and second, precisely extending and adjusting the support using the lever button.
