WÜRTH K+D Construction Adhesive, Black, 310ml
Flexible PU adhesive and sealant for a wide range of applications. Excellent adhesive strength on a wide range of materials and surfaces. Approved for food contact (ISEGA certificate). Once the scratch is formed, it allows mechanical machining and repainting without prior surface activation (perform preliminary tests to check paint compatibility).

Use
For a wide range of bonding and sealing applications. Suitable for bonding and sealing in food processing plants. For permanently elastic sealing of spot welds. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. For information on pre-processing, please refer to the optimization table in the datasheet. Cut off the threaded nozzle, screw on the nozzle and cut it to the desired width. Apply the adhesive using a suitable application gun. For a quality thick layer joint, we recommend an adhesive layer thickness of at least 3 mm.
Notice
Not suitable for sealing grooves in glass or bonding to other transparent materials with risk of UV reflection. Exposure to direct sunlight may cause slight yellowing of the surface and the formation of cracks. Not suitable for bonding expansion joints in construction. PVC-based paints and paints that dry by oxidation (oil-based paints and alkyd resins) are not suitable for repainting. The use of Würth sealer may cause yellowing.
Warning:
Contact with solvents or solvent residues must be avoided, especially during the processing and curing phase, as permanent damage to the bonded joint and seal could occur. In the case of high surface moisture, the application of very wide adhesive caterpillars or the formation of voids/air pockets or the use of foam fillers in the application, there is a risk of bubbles forming in the adhesive mixture.
