Continuous gas flow from back to front
The heart of any gas grill is the burners housed in the grill pan. Even with this Genesis range, the burners are high-performance and always evenly distributed so that the heat covers the entire grill grate.They are made of stainless steel and the quality workmanship ensures a constant flow of gas from back to front, across the entire grilling surface. Each burner is controlled individually by its own infinitely adjustable regulator on the front of the grill. Next to the regulators, there is also an electric ignition button that makes it easy to light the burners almost instantly. So you can be grilling practically within five minutes of arriving at the grill, without having to make any effort.
Smart cooking with the Weber GENESIS S-335 grill
You will grill on a solid porcelain enamelled cast iron grill grate. It is equipped with the Gourmet BBQ system, thanks to which all GBS accessories will fit perfectly and grill will offer you virtually unlimited culinary possibilities. In addition to these options, the GBS can handle everything from omelettes in a cast iron skillet to waffles and sandwiches in a special waffle maker. Simply replace the round centre of the grill grate with one of the many GBS accessories in the Weber range.
Very long life of the Weber GENESIS S-335
The grill pan is also of high quality and made of highly durable aluminium alloy. Thanks to it, you can be sure that the construction of the grill has no chance of burning through even after decades of use. The grill pan is then covered by a luxurious double steel lid, which already gives a heavy quality impression when closing and opening the grill, and in this model is made of stainless steel. It ensures that the heat from the many burners is kept safely inside the grill. And to make sure you always have a clear view of the heat and temperature inside the grill, a thermometer is built into the lid.
Plenty of storage space
This Genesis range doesn't leave the inside of the grill behind. The newly adapted gas cylinder storage will especially excite those who don't like it in plain sight. The largest 11 kg steel bottle fits into the inner cabinet on the left side and everything is stored comfortably inside the grill. There is also an additional storage compartment under the left shelf of the grill, where we can store, for example, new Weber Crafted accessories, rotisserie skewers or any grilling utensils.
High performance burners
Another great advantage of these advanced Genesis gas grills is the additional Sear Station burner. It is located on the right side of the grill grate, directly under the replaceable part compatible with Weber GBS and Weber Crafted systems, and it is at this point that the performance of the grill is significantly enhanced. The Sear Station will help you, for example, when trying to create the perfect grill grid on meat, grilling pizza on a ceramic stone, or cooking in a wok pan, which requires relatively high burner power.
