PROCRAFT PCM3550 Electric Grain Mill

The Procraft PCM3550 electric grain mill is designed for efficient grain processing and preparing your own feed mixtures. With its 1000W motor and high speed, it can handle dry grain, maize, and other crops. You can easily adjust the grind coarseness using the five interchangeable sieves included in the package. The mill can process up to 250kg of material per hour, making it suitable for farms and smallholdings that need to prepare feed regularly.

High performance for fast processing

The grain mill is powered by a 1000W electric motor, which ensures smooth operation without power fluctuations, even under prolonged use. Thanks to a speed of up to 19000 revolutions per minute, the material is crushed quickly and efficiently. The result is evenly ground feed and a significantly shorter processing time. Depending on the chosen coarseness, the coarse grinding productivity is 120–250kg/h, while fine grinding ranges between 50 and 80kg/h.

Customise the feed coarseness

The package includes five interchangeable sieves that let you precisely tailor the grind coarseness to the type of feed and the specific needs of your animals. They make it easy to prepare fine meal for young animals as well as a coarser grind for larger livestock. Changing the sieves is quick and allows you to flexibly respond to your animals' needs. This versatility is particularly useful in operations where different types of animals with varying dietary requirements are kept. The package contains sieves with 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8mm holes.

Easy operation and stable performance

The grain mill is designed for simple and safe use. The 11-litre hopper allows for convenient material feeding, while the 25-litre collection container reduces the need for frequent emptying. Its 7kg weight ensures good stability during operation and minimises vibrations. It is operated using a single On/Off switch. Maintenance is also easy thanks to the straightforward design and quick sieve replacement.
