How to grow daisies

They require a sunny or semi-shaded habitat. The soil should be kept slightly moist at all times. It is advisable to cover the bed in winter with twigs and to divide and reseed the plants every second or third year. Seeds are sown directly on the site in April-May. The resulting plants, according to the variety, are planted in a 20 × 30 cm staple. The soil should be loamy, slightly moist and, above all, well supplied with lime and nutrients.
If there is not enough lime in the soil, it is important to incorporate lime into the soil every year. You can fertilise the plants in spring with well-aged compost. A full NPK fertiliser - Cererit / Kristalon, which is water soluble, can be applied every 14 days. Plants can be attacked by aphids. Use appropriate protective equipment, e.g. Mospilane.
