Connex coconut fibre tablets (pellets) offer the best conditions for carefully growing all young plants. They are ideal for propagating seedlings and cuttings, for example, but also for sowing seeds. They are particularly easy to handle, as there is no need to prick out the seedlings for subsequent planting in a greenhouse or flowerbed.

Environmentally Friendly Material

The pellets are made from pressed coconut fibres and contain no peat. Thanks to this environmentally friendly material, you can plant the seedlings into the soil along with the pellet casing – without the risk of damaging the delicate roots. These can later easily penetrate the fine, loose structure of the fibres and continue to grow in the soil. Furthermore, the coconut fibre is completely harmless to the soil as it is fully biodegradable. Instructions for Use

Place the pellets in a mini propagator / container / flower pot, etc. and add a sufficient amount of water. The pellet will expand to several times its original size. Pour off any excess water that the pellets can no longer absorb. Then, using a dibber or other pointed tool, make a hole and place the seed(s). Depending on the plant species, cover the seed(s) with the coconut substrate from around the planted seed. Coconut fibre binds water very well and will keep the seeds sufficiently hydrated for a long time.
