How to use:
1.All surfaces must be sufficiently cured, clean, and dry, free of dust and grease or anything that could interfere with the proper adhesion of the sealant (including frost). Residues of old sealant or other materials on the substrate must be completely removed (use a silicone remover if necessary).
2.Cut the cap at the top end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle. The tip of the nozzle should be cut at an approximately 45-degree angle according to the profile and width of the joint. Insert the cartridge into the application gun and extrude the sealant into the joint, ensuring that the sealant makes full contact with the edges of the joint and that no voids remain underneath the sealant. Immediately after application, spray the joint with a water solution with a small amount of detergent (soapy water), remove excess material and smooth with one stroke using a suitable scraper dipped in the water solution.
3.Surfaces soiled with fresh sealant can be cleaned with a dry pad or a pad dipped in a solvent. Any cured sealant can be removed mechanically or by using a special silicone remover. Ensure good and regular air circulation in the room where the sealant is applied. The curing speed depends on the temperature, air humidity and the dimensions of the joint.
