The 3M 4515 protective coverall in size L provides protection against hazardous dust and light liquid splashes. It is made from a breathable non-woven SMS material, which enhances wearing comfort. The coverall meets Type 5/6 protection requirements and is CE Category III certified. Elasticated cuffs, waist, ankles, and hood ensure a secure seal.

Breathable material and comfortable wear

The coverall is made from SMS non-woven fabric, which consists of three layers: an outer and inner spunbond layer and a middle meltblown layer. The 50gsm material effectively wicks heat and moisture away from the body, increasing comfort even during prolonged use, while still maintaining its protective properties.

Certified type 5/6 protection

The protective clothing is classified as Personal Protective Equipment Category III and meets the standards for Type 5 and Type 6 protection. Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1) protects the user from solid particulates and hazardous dust. Type 6 (EN 13034) defines limited protection against liquid chemical splashes. The two-way zip with a protective flap further enhances the level of protection.

Protection against nuclear particulates

The 3M 4515 coverall complies with the EN 1073-2 standard, which specifies the requirements for protection against nuclear particulates. The coverall is therefore suitable for work with asbestos or other hazardous dust particles.
