When preparing your coffee in a Vacuum Pot you will feel like in a scientists- by heating the water in the bottom of the pot it will start to rise to the top where the coffee extraction takes place. After reducing the flame, the water again returns to the bottom, the coffee sediment remaining in the top part. Only clean and delicious perfectly filtered coffee will remain in the bottom container.
