BigZone suitable for large pots and pans
On the Gorenje GI601FMC hob, you can easily work with larger pots and pans. The 23cm BigZone at the front prevents cold spots in the pot and ensures even heating across the entire surface. This makes cooking faster and delivers better results.
The Gorenje GI601FMC is touch-controlled
All cooking zones and other functions of the Gorenje induction hob are controlled by touch. This gives you precise control over every cooking zone. The sensitive and intuitive touch controls make it easy to adjust the heating level. The Gorenje GI601FMC features an elegant design that will tastefully complement the interior of any kitchen.
Adjustable timer for an overview of your cooking
Keep your cooking completely under control by setting the timer, so you won't have to guess how long your food has been cooking. The timer on the Gorenje GI601FMC hob is separate from the power levels, making it easier to set. The display shows timer arrows, indicating the time for each zone.
PowerBoost for increased performance
Reduce heating time to a minimum with the PowerBoost function. In this mode, the Gorenje GI601FMC induction hob increases its power to the maximum. You'll appreciate this, for example, when boiling water for pasta.
Optimised size of cooking zones
The Gorenje GI601FMC hob has 4 cooking zones that have been designed to make cooking easier. There is a 23cm BigZone at the front, while smaller zones are located at the back. Optimising the size of the cooking zones prevents cold spots from forming in pots and pans.
Residual heat indicator
To make using the hob even safer, the manufacturer has equipped it with residual heat indicators. These light up to show which zones of the Gorenje GI601FMC induction hob are still hot and should not be touched. However, you can use these zones for warming, defrosting or keeping a cooked meal at temperature.
