In HSI mode, you can adjust the hue, saturation and intensity of the colour, while RGBW mode allows you to work with the red, green, blue and white components of the light separately. Wide Colour Temperature Range
The colour temperature can be adjusted from 1800 to 10000K, so you can easily adapt the light to different conditions and the desired atmosphere. Warm shades are suitable for pleasant ambient lighting, neutral white for regular shooting, and cooler tones to simulate daylight. GM correction from -100% to +100% also helps to fine-tune the green/magenta shift and better match the ML100R with other light sources.
Accurate Colour Rendering
High CRI and TLCI values of approximately 95 help to preserve the natural look of colours when shooting video and photos. Skin tones, products and the surrounding environment will look more faithful right from the lighting stage. More accurate colour rendering makes subsequent editing of your shots easier and ensures more consistent results during long sessions with the light.
14 Creative Lighting Effects
The Godox ML100R RGB offers 14 preset FX effects that help you quickly create the desired atmosphere for your scene. You can use effects such as lightning, storm, television, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, police car, SOS, RGB cycle or party lighting. The effects speed up the preparation of creative shots without the need for complex manual adjustment of individual light changes.
Godox Mount for Compact Light Modifiers
The light uses the Godox Mount, which is designed for the Godox system's compact modifiers. This allows you to work with lens reflectors, softboxes, projection attachments or other accessories designed for this system. You can easily adapt the character of the light to the specific scene, whether you need harder directional light, softer portrait lighting, or a creative projection effect. Bowens accessories can be used via the separately sold ML-GB adapter.
Lens Reflector for Higher Light Intensity
Included in the package is an ML-L15 lens reflector, which helps to concentrate the light output into a narrower angle and increase the illumination intensity. It's useful for situations where you need stronger directional light, greater range, or more precise control over where the light falls. The light's settings can be changed directly on its body using the display, buttons and a rotary dial. For more convenient remote operation, Bluetooth control is available via the Godox Light app with a range of up to 30 metres. The app makes it easy to adjust brightness, colours and effects, especially if the light is placed high on a stand or if you are working with multiple lights at once.
Clear Settings During Operation
The rear control panel allows you to quickly switch between CCT, HSI, RGBW and FX modes and adjust individual parameters according to the current scene. The brightness can be regulated from 0–100% and various dimming curves are also available, including linear, S-curve, exponential and logarithmic. Clear controls help you react quickly to scene changes without delays during filming or photography.
