The Gerlach GRANITEX pancake pan 25 cm has one of the best ceramic surfaces currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ceramic non-stick. It has two layers, a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramic with Xerogel, which prevents cracking. The thick, four-layer Granitex pan bottom transfers heat perfectly and evenly, which ensures easy and quick preparation of meals, and energy is used even more efficiently. In addition, the pan is equipped with a special disc in Full Induction technology, which allows the pan to be used on induction stoves even more efficiently than before.
