Gerlach GRANITEX Grill pan 28 cm with ILAG XERA DUR 2 surface

The Granitex aluminum pan has one of the best ceramic surfaces available today - Ilag Xera Dur 2 ceramic non-stick surface. It consists of two layers: top layers of Xerogel with a metallic effect and base layers reinforced with ceramic with Xerogel, which prevents cracking. The thick four-layer bottom of the Granitex pan distributes heat perfectly and evenly, making food preparation easier and faster and ensuring efficient use of energy. The pan is also equipped with a special disc with Full Induction technology, which allows for even more efficient use on induction stoves. The highest quality aluminum was used to produce the pans and the Forged technology was applied, which consists of shaping aluminum cookware at high temperature. Thanks to this, the pans have optimal thickness and density, are durable and resistant to deformation. The grooved grilling surface ensures proper fat drainage and gives dishes a classic grill-like appearance.
