From these measured values, the watch derives other functions and metrics, such as Body Battery, Stress Score, Heart Rate Variability Status, temperature and altitude acclimatisation status, and more. The group of health monitoring functions also includes features for measuring the length and quality of sleep. In addition to duration and a Sleep Score, the Garmin Fenix E watch also measures individual sleep stages, short naps, and provides recommendations for achieving better sleep and recovery.
Smart features to make your daily life easier
The Garmin Fenix E watch can be connected to smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems. On both platforms, you can of course view notifications and incoming calls on the watch display. If you own an Android phone, you can also reply to messages directly from the watch display.
