This primarily includes heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen level, breathing rate, daily step count, floors climbed, and minutes of intense activity. From these measured values, the watch derives other functions and metrics, such as Body Battery, Stress Score, Heart Rate Variability Status, temperature and altitude acclimatisation status, and more. The health monitoring functions also include features for measuring sleep duration and quality. In addition to duration and a Sleep Quality Score, the Garmin Fenix E also measures individual sleep stages, short naps, and provides recommendations for achieving better sleep and recovery.
Smart features to make your daily life easier
The Garmin Fenix E watch can be connected to smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems. On both platforms, displaying notifications and incoming calls on the watch screen is a standard feature. If you own an Android phone, you can also reply to messages directly from the watch display.
