This multifunctional watch is designed for athletes who need to record their training shifts as well as long races such as the Ironman, Ultramarathon, and other extreme races. EPIX is the first watch with a map background and route calculation capability depending on the map installed. Your watch will inform you about your distance, altitude, current tempo, average speed, and, of course, the time. The regeneration assistant will show you the recommended rest period after each exercise for the maximum training benefit to your body. On the other hand, if you sit inactive for a long time, the watch will warn you that it is time to get up and go.

After adding the heart monitor (optional - not included), the watch measures your pulse while running, foot contact time with the ground, VO2 max, cadence, and number of steps. In the swimming pool it measures swimming style, distance, efficiency, SWOLF value, and number of strokes. The watch is also suitable for other activities such as walking, cycling, skiing (downhill or cross-country), and in-line skating. For cycling, a pedal cadence sensor, wheel rotation sensor, or wattmeter (full support for Garmin VECTOR) can be connected to your bicycle. The watch will display instantaneous or average speed for skiing, and you can also customise the display with other variables.
