Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an award-winning game from the legendary Monolith studio taking place in the open world of the J.R.R Tolkien's Middle-earth, where the player takes on the role of Talion, a ranger and a guard of the Black Gate. His family was killed by the Dark Lord's servants the night when Sauron and his army returned to Mordor. Brought back to life by the incarnation of Elf Lord Celebrimbor, he longs for vengeance and discovers that he is no longer a common mortal - he is somewhere in between the realms of ghosts and humans. It has given him a number of special abilities to help him in the upcoming battle that will not only quench his desire for vengeance, but will serve to delay the potential destruction of the whole of Middle-earth.
Stunning graphics and environment
Due to the highly modified LithTech engine, all the environments look absolutely realistic including such details like the movement of soil. With the advanced motion capture method, animation looks natural and, since the effects were made with the participation of the WETA company itself, which created the special effects in both the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies, the film feel is guaranteed.

Innovative Nemesis system
One of the most important elements of the original game was the addition of a special system in which the player has a chance to influence the further development of the story. Since the main adversaries are the orcs and their chieftains, the situation is constantly changing, as the individual battles between the groups of orcs result in the death of one and the acceptance of the dominion of the other. The player has a chance to influence this hierarchy, and even take control over the individual orcs and use it to his or her advantage.

Everything packed together
The GOTY edition's advantage, in addition to long-lasting experience within the main campaign, is the inclusion of all add-ons and datasets that have been released so far. The GOTS Edition includes the "The Lord of the Hunt", "The Bright Lord", "Guardians of the Flaming Warband", "The Berserks Warband" missions and many others. You will also receive all the additional runes as well as the skins that were featured in the special editions of the game - "Dark Ranger" and "Captain of the Watch".

Countless game modes
Though there are already tens of hours you can spend in the game, GOTY Edition will make your gaming experience even longer. Beside the main game modes of the so-called challenges, you can look forward to the "Test of Power", "Test of Speed", "Test of Wisdom" and even "Endless Challenge". Therefore, you can enjoy your stay in Mordor and be sure that you will not miss any game content.

Make great snapshots
