Plastic film

A plastic screen protector is a thin protective film typically made of PET or a similar polymer. It is applied to the display or lens cover of an action camera to protect it from minor scratches and fingerprints. It is very lightweight, flexible, and adds almost no thickness to the device. Compared to tempered glass, it has a lower hardness and is therefore less resistant to impacts and sharp objects. Its advantages include a low price and easy replacement when worn out. When applying it, make sure the surface is clean so that no bubbles remain under the film. It is suitable for everyday use and as basic protection.
