iMIX

iMIX is a technology that overlays the thermal image with outlines from the visible image. The thermal part shows the temperature distribution, while the outlines added from the regular image emphasize the shapes and edges of objects. This makes it easier to tell what exactly is in the image and, at the same time, to pinpoint the problem area, such as an overheated component. The image is clearer than the thermal image alone. The function makes it easier to identify objects when inspecting technical equipment, installations and buildings. The specific form of the display may differ depending on the manufacturer and model.
