Fusion

Fusion is a technology that combines a thermal and a regular (visible) image into a single view. The thermal image shows the temperature distribution, while the regular image provides details and outlines that are easy to recognize. By combining them, it is easier to see which object it is and where exactly the area with a different temperature is located. The result therefore makes it easier to orient yourself in the scene and to precisely localize temperature differences. The function is useful, for example, when inspecting electrical switchboards, buildings or technical equipment. The way the image is displayed may differ depending on the manufacturer and model.
