Dual-Light Fusion

Dual-Light Fusion is a technology that combines a thermal and a visible image from two channels, that is, from the infrared detector and a regular camera. The thermal image shows temperature differences, while the visible image adds the shapes and details of objects. The resulting display makes it possible to recognize objects better and to localize areas with a different temperature more precisely. The technology is useful when inspecting equipment, looking for faults or observing in the field. The method and degree of blending of the images may differ depending on the manufacturer and model.
