4K Video Resolution

4K resolution, also referred to as Ultra HD, represents an image quality standard with 3840 × 2160 picture elements, known as pixels. The total number of pixels is four times higher than that of standard Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels), which allows the camera to capture significantly more detail. As a result, the recording is sharper, making it easier to identify elements such as vehicle license plates, traffic signs, or people's faces, even when zooming in or from a greater distance. However, a larger amount of detail means that video files are more data-intensive. For this reason, they occupy more space on the memory card and require a faster card type for smooth recording, one that can process such a volume of data.
