The Fenix E-CP combines the function of a handheld flashlight with up to 1,600 lumens of light and a 5,000 mAh power bank. Power is provided by a built-in 5,000 mAh Li-ion battery that can be recharged via a modern USB-C connector. The Luminus SST-40 LED hidden under the TIR optics can light up to 222 metres and in its lowest mode lasts for up to 504 hours. The power bank supports fast charging protocols and can charge up to 18 W (5 V / 2.4 A, 9 V / 2 A, 12 V / 1.5 A). The Fenix E-CP is a great portable EDC flashlight and power bank in one, for charging your cell phone and other portable electronics. However, it will also fit perfectly into your outdoor kit if you are going away from the mains for a long time. All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Switching on and lighting modes
Press the side button for 0.5 seconds to switch the torch on/off. With the flashlight on, simple presses of the side button cycle through the modes: 3 - 30 - 150 - 350 - 1 600 lumens. To switch to flash mode, hold down the side button for approximately 1.2 seconds.
Lock button
The control button can be locked to prevent spontaneous switching on, e.g. when transporting in luggage - twice fast (within 0.5 seconds) press the control button. To unlock, press the button twice quickly again.
Charge status indication
Charge indication - Simply press the side button to trigger the four-part battery/power bank charge indicator hidden under the rubber cover next to the USB connectors.
Overheating protection
Intelligent overheating protection - if the temperature of the lamp exceeds 50 °C, the power is automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 50 °C, the highest output can be used again.
Charging the battery
Charging the battery/power bank - remove the rear connector cover and plug the included cable into the USB-C female connector on the flashlight, plug the other end of the cable into a computer or USB mains or car adapter (not included). During charging, the indicator LED lights up red and turns green when fully charged. After charging the flashlight, put the connector cap back on. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approx. 2 hours using an 18W power supply, respectively. 3.5 hours using 5V/2A power supply. The flashlight can be fully used in 3, 30 and 150 lumen modes when charging, thus extending the charging time.
Powerbank functions
Powerbank function - turn off the flashlight and remove the rear connector cap. Plug the USB cable into one of the USB connectors (both the classic large USB-A connector and the USB-C connector work as an output). When the device to be charged is connected, charging automatically starts, indicated by a four-part indicator next to the USB ports. When using a power bank, the flashlight can be used to shine in 3, 30 and 150 lumen modes. When the process is complete, disconnect the device being charged and replace the protective connector cover.

Light flux
It is specified in Lumens (lm) and the higher the value, the more intensely the headlamp shines. Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of light intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously. However, the higher luminous flux shortens the endurance.Up to 100 lm - headlamp for home use (lighting in the basement, in the attic, when repairing the car).
100 - 400 lm - outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Above 400 lm - extreme occupations and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
