It combines steam with hot air and can be used on all three oven levels. There are a total of eight cooking functions and a wide range of programmes for preparing various dishes. The pyrolytic cleaning function makes maintenance significantly easier, and it also includes a child lock, residual heat indicator, electronic temperature control, and a food probe. Inside the steam oven is a food probe that continuously measures the temperature inside the dish being prepared. Once the set temperature is reached, the oven automatically alerts you that cooking is complete and switches off.
Pyrolytic cleaning – easy maintenance for your ELECTROLUX oven
The pyrolytic cleaning function makes maintaining the oven's interior easy without using chemical cleaning agents. During the cleaning cycle, the interior is heated to a high temperature, which turns grease and food residue into a fine ash – after the programme finishes, you can simply wipe it away with a damp cloth. For safety reasons, the door remains automatically locked during pyrolysis.
